Julia:

hey everybody and welcome to the freelance dietitian podcast. My name is Julia, I'm the host. I used to be a clinical dietitian, and now I'm a freelance writer, entrepreneur, and I do a couple other things. This is an incredibly different episode. There's never been anything like it. And the truth is it's not really an episode. It's an advertisement for a job opportunity. My business is hiring and the freelance dietitian family is growing! Keep listening if you want to hear more details and maybe you'll apply. I've been waiting for this for six months. I am so excited to bring somebody onto the team and now I just have to the right person. I am putting this call out on the podcast, because I think if you listen to the show, then you're probably really cool. And I would love to meet you and possibly hire you to work with me. The key things that I would like to share about this role is that it would be someone who's going to help me with all of the businessy things that I do. So that means supporting me with tasks related to the freelance dietitian brand. Helping me with my writing business called nutrition pen, and then also supporting a food blog that me and my fiance created called. I like oats. I will need somebody who has a diverse range of skills and that might mean hiring two people. Depending on what you can offer. Some of the tasks are more involved in the VA realm. Whereas others are a bit more SEO based and more writer focused. I will post the detailed job description and the, in the, I was going to say recipe notes in the show notes. So you can review it more clearly and get a better idea of what's out there. The role will be a set number of hours per month. I think that's the best way to approach it, given that the assignments and projects and workload will the work tasks, excuse me, will change every single month. In my eyes. The ideal candidate is reliable. Is open to feedback is. Just an all around good person sees the positive and things. I really, really, really would like to hire somebody who is a budding entrepreneur themselves, because I would like to give back to that person as much as I can in terms of business knowledge. This is a paid position but I would also just like to have somebody who I could transfer my knowledge to and possibly help them grow their own business. If in two years from now, this person quits and leaves me because they're moving onto their own thriving business, I would consider that a massive success. Like that would be incredible. Um, And that's actually a good point that reminds me that I would prefer somebody who's in this for the long haul. I don't really need somebody for a three month gig. I need somebody who is going to help me with projects so that I can grow over the next couple of years, myself. The job ad will be open until mid July and then I'm going to close it and review it. And I'll start getting back to people in August. It is the summer months. So things are going to move a little bit slower. If you need to work urgently, then this probably is not going to be the right fit for you. Okay. I think that's all I want to say. I am really excited. Thank you so much for listening to this job posting. I hope that you apply. I am very excited to meet you and good luck
